1-1 Coaching | Group Coaching

As a woman diet and exercise are not enough. If you are really looking into elevating and transforming your health in ALL areas of your life, learning how to work with your body instead of against it, is going to be an absolute gamechanger. Today we are only taught that our periods are annoying and that they are a burden. And so many of us women are stuck between wanting tp push ourselves and having no more energy left. But I am here to convince you otherwise. What if we actually start loving our bodies, and start listening deeply to what is going on inside of us? By doing this, we will stop the endless cycles of feeling tired, overwhelmed, and also start understanding cravings and what it is that our body really needs. 

In addition to that, there has been a steady increase of chronic health problems in people. We are starting to realise that only treating the symptom is not enough and not the way to a long-lasting healthy lifestyle. That’s why people are starting to wake up and realise that their current lifestyle is not serving their health. The main problem here is though that they don’t even know where to start and what to do in order to change that. And honestly? I don’t blame them. The internet is overflowing with information that is confusing and contradicting. The same thing applies to a vegan diet. Many ask themselves which type of vegan diet is the best. Raw? High-Carb? Keto? So the main question is: What can a person do to heal and feel whole again? Health coaching is the perfect solution. 

What is coaching and Why coaching? 

Coaching is there to help you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. Investing into coaching is going to be far more effective than trying to do it on your own. Coaching can be seen as a partnership between the coach and the client, but it is also different to therapy, consulting, mentoring or training. The coach is there to help create practical step by step action plans, which will help the client reach their goals.
