What to do when you are not okay.

In situations like now, in my case, I am well aware of the fact, that I am not okay. I am forcing myself to be happy, to smile. But it’s tough. I mean on the outside it looks like I have everything, like I am living a dream. And yes, maybe all this is true. And I am super grateful.

But life sometimes likes to play games. Games that seem like there is no end. And it’s exhausting.

But with time I thought about what I could do, to work through this feeling of pain and uncertainty.

And well here I am. Writing this blog post. Realising how much it helps me cope with everything that is going on.

What I want to tell you with this, is, when you are feeling like you are not okay, like life is being unfair with you and hurting you in some way or the other. Go back, to what makes you happy, to what makes you forget for a little while. Go back to whatever you are doing to get closer to your true purpose.

Having this sense of purpose in our every day life, can have a huge impact on our wellbeing. Even when everything seems wrong at this time.

Find out what you can do to get closer to it. Find out what it is that makes you feel fulfilled. That gives you a little more certainty. And even when you have no energy to actually do it – force yourself.

 

Remember – you are worth it.
